We are AICREODI L.L.C-FZ, a UAE-registered company duly registered under the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. In these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), we refer to ourselves as "we", "us", "our", or "AICREODI."

We specialise in digital creativity, artificial intelligence visuals and creative AI consulting. Our services include online courses, live workshops, AI visual asset production, and creative AI consulting (collectively, the "Services"). Online courses and live workshops are coming soon and will be announced when available. 

These Terms apply across all of AICREODI's Services and associated platforms except if stated otherwise. 

By accessing our website or platforms, purchasing a course, enrolling in a workshop, or using any of the Services, or completing any registration or payment process, you (“you”, “your”, “user”, “client”), meaning the individual or entity accessing our website or using our Services, confirm that you have read, understood, agree and consent to comply with all provisions of this agreement and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [link].

If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Our Services

AICREODI provides the following services through this website and its subdomains:

• Online courses: self-paced, prerecorded courses covering generative AI for creative professionals, generative AI for architectural & interior design visualisation, and AI in sales and marketing for creative entrepreneurs.

• Live workshops: in-person instructor-led sessions in the U.A.E., including a structured workshop, Visual storytelling with generative AI, for participants aged 16–17 (subject to separate guardian consent requirements set out in Section 4).

• Creative AI consulting: creative AI workflow audits, visual production workflow design, and installation for businesses, delivered in defined phases with fixed scope.

• Visual asset production: ongoing AI-powered visual asset production for brands, operated under a documented brand guardrail system and available on retainer.

All services provided are subject to these Terms. Service descriptions, availability, pricing, tools, platforms, content, and features may be added, removed, amended, updated, suspended, discontinued, replaced, or withdrawn over time, including to reflect changes in technology, platform availability, legal requirements, or our service offering. We will not materially alter a service you have already purchased without informing you in advance.

3. Scope

These Terms applies to anyone who engages in any of the following activities:

• Using the website or any digital platform owned or operated by AICREODI.

• Enroling or registering for any services, courses, workshops or newsletters offered by us, whether paid or free of charge.

• Participating in digital communities, workshops, events, or educational platforms affiliated with us.

• Communicating with us through any electronic or digital means, including email, online forms, social media platforms, or community platforms.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business or organisation to these Terms.

Your statutory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law and any other mandatory local law that applies to you are not affected by your acceptance of these Terms.

4. Age Requirements

Our website and Services are intended for users aged 18 and over. By accessing our website or using or purchasing any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Visual Storytelling with Generative AI Workshop — Ages 16 and 17

We offer one structured creative AI workshop, Visual Storytelling with Generative AI, specifically designed for participants aged 16 and 17. Enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, accessing the website on behalf of a minor in connection with our Visual Storytelling with Generative AI workshop. The following conditions apply:

• Enrolment in this workshop is strictly limited to participants aged 16 and 17.

• The contracting party is the parent or legal guardian, who must be 18 or over. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor's participation and compliance with these Terms.

• Prior to the workshop, parents and guardians will be provided with a full list of the third-party AI tools used during the curriculum. By signing the Guardian Consent Letter, the parent or guardian confirms they have reviewed these tools and accepted each platform's terms on behalf of the minor participant.

• Enrolment requires submission of a completed Guardian Consent Letter, signed by the participant's parent or legal guardian, explicitly authorising the minor's enrolment and participation in the live workshop. The consent letter forms part of the contractual agreement.

• The parent or legal guardian will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport in-person on the first day of the workshop. We record document type and last four digits only and do not retain copies of identity documents.

• The parent/guardian warrants the information provided is accurate.

• If we discover that a minor has enrolled without valid parental consent, we will cancel the enrolment and issue a full refund.

5. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email. Your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must stop using our services.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use this website and our Services solely for lawful purposes, whether personal or professional, and in accordance with the policies and terms stated on the website. Any use of the website or its content that violates applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others, including harmful, fraudulent, or security or privacy-compromising uses, is strictly prohibited.

You are permitted to use the course and resources we supply under a restricted, non-exclusive usage right solely for the purpose of producing original visual content.

You may publish or display any original visual content you have created onto public platforms, including social media.

You may use your original visual content created in portfolios or presentations to showcase your abilities to prospective clients or employers.

No ownership, trademark rights, or intellectual property claims may be asserted over any fictional brands, concepts, or assets provided as part of the course.

Course materials and assets may not be reused, repackaged, or incorporated into any educational programs that compete with our products or services, commercial offerings, design templates, or stock resource.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the website and Services only for lawful and permitted purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Impersonating or misrepresenting yourself as another person for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

• Posting, uploading, or sharing content that is offensive, harmful, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website’s systems, accounts, or data, or any associated platforms or services.

• Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the website or any related services, including through the introduction of viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

You remain fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from your breach of these terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

8. Creative AI Consulting & Visual Asset Production

AICREODI offers structured service packages according to the agreed scope and duration, including, but not limited to, the following:

8.1 Creative AI Consulting

AICREODI provides Creative AI consulting services including auditing, creating, and implementing creative AI visual production workflows and providing guidance and consulting related to the effective adoption and use of AI Technologies in the process of visual asset production. All projects are delivered in defined phases with a predefined scope, adhering to delivery schedules agreed upon in advance.

The specific scope, fees, timelines and deliverables for each project are set out in written proposals or contracts.

8.2 Visual Asset Production

AICREODI provides AI-powered visual asset production services for brands, including production of visual and video content in the formats and quantities defined in your agreed package or project scope, and revisions and adjustments within the limits defined in your agreed package or project scope. Work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and invoiced separately.

The specific scope, fees, timelines and deliverables for each project are set out in written proposals or contracts.

To allow us to deliver our services properly, you agree to provide timely access to brand materials, reference materials, relevant documentation, written briefs, and any information we reasonably request, and to provide written approvals and feedback within the timeframes agreed in your project scope. AICREODI shall not be held liable for delays caused by incorrect, late or incomplete information or approvals on your part.

You acknowledge that all services provided within these packages are subject to the specific terms of each package or project, and access to and use of such services shall comply with the applicable site policies, project scope, agreements or contracts, without any warranties regarding financial, commercial, or professional outcomes.

9. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver our services properly, you, the client, agree to provide us with everything we reasonably need, including but not limited to:

• Business documentation, including the business license and any other documents necessary to verify legal compliance.

• Brand assets and corporate identity elements.

• Product images, marketing materials, or any other reference documents relevant to your project or services agreed upon.

• Written briefs, guidelines, and instructions related to content, workflow, or project execution.

You, the client, confirm that:

• You hold all necessary legal rights to the materials you provide us.

• All materials you provide are accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

We shall bear no legal, contractual, or financial liability arising from the provision of any inaccurate, incomplete, or false materials or data by you. Responsibility for any such inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations shall rest solely and exclusively with you.

We shall not be held liable for any delays or interruptions in content execution, project timelines, or service delivery caused by the late provision, incompleteness, or inaccuracy of materials, information, or approvals by you.

10. Our Courses & Workshop 

We offer digital creative courses and workshops in the field of creative artificial intelligence. These courses and workshops include, but are not limited to:

• Generative AI for Creative Professionals: a fully self-paced online course (approximately 17 hours) covering creative direction, prompt systems, AI image and video production, and campaign building for visual creators and marketers.

• Generative AI for Architectural & Interior Design Visualisation: a fully self-paced online course (approximately 15 hours) covering design intent, AI-powered interior and exterior staging, motion walkthroughs, and scalable visualisation workflows for real estate and design professionals.

• AI in Sales & Marketing for Creative Entrepreneurs: a fully self-paced online course (approximately 12 hours) covering market research, positioning, offer design, inbound and outbound acquisition, and end-to-end client delivery for creative entrepreneurs building or scaling an AI-enabled service business.

• Visual Storytelling with Generative AI: a 12-hour in-person workshop for participants aged 16 and 17, held in the UAE, covering visual storytelling foundations, AI image and motion production, and responsible AI use in a supervised group setting of maximum 10 students. All purchases must be made by a parent or legal guardian. See Section 4 for the full requirements.

All courses are delivered through LearnWorlds, our course platform. Course content is also supported by the AICREODI Bot (an AI creative director assistant), the LearnWorlds community, and the AICREODI Discord community.

All online courses include:

• Lifetime access through your authenticated course platform account, for as long as the platform remains in operation and these Services are offered.

• All lesson videos, downloadable resources, prompt templates, and strategic frameworks published with the course.

• Access to the AICREODI Bot, LearnWorlds community, and AICREODI Discord community  for interaction and knowledge sharing.

• An instalment payment option at checkout (see Section 18.5.2).

• Eligibility to apply for a KHDA-recognised certificate of completion, subject to Section 10.1 below.

We reserve the right to update, modify, add, retire, or replace course content, tools, and platform features to keep the material current. We will not materially reduce the value of what you have paid for without notice.

10.1 KHDA Certificate of Completion

Upon completing a course or workshop, you may apply for a KHDA-recognised certificate of completion by paying the applicable certification fee. For the workshop, the certification fee is payable by the parent or guardian. The fee, application process, and eligibility requirements are set out on the relevant course or workshop page at the time of purchase.

10.2 The AICREODI Bot

The AICREODI Bot is an AI-powered creative director assistant integrated into the course experience. It is designed to support your learning through creative direction guidance, structured feedback on submitted work, and application of the AICREODI scoring system during the capstone project.

The Bot's responses are generated by AI and are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or commercial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any Bot-generated response.

You are responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions of any third-party AI platform accessed through or alongside the Bot. AICREODI is not responsible for your use of, or compliance with, any third-party platform.

11. Language Requirement

You acknowledge and agree that all courses and workshop sessions, course materials, lessons, communications, assignments, and assessments shall be conducted in the English language. Accordingly, you must possess sufficient proficiency in both spoken and written English to effectively understand, communicate, and complete the course requirements.

We shall not be held responsible for any misunderstanding, learning difficulty, or inability to complete the course resulting from insufficient English language proficiency.

12. User Account and Password

You acknowledge full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including email, password, and any other registration information.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account and agree not to allow any third party to access your account. 

You may not lend, sell, grant, gift or share your account credentials or account access with any other person. Each account is for individual use only.

For security purposes, simultaneous logins from multiple devices, browsers, or locations within a short time window may trigger an automatic account suspension. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, please contact us at support@aicreodi.com.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@aicreodi.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate and unenrol accounts that do not comply with these Terms in accordance with Section 21.

13. Course Access and Lifetime Licence

When you purchase a course, you receive lifetime access to that specific course through your authenticated account on our course platform. This means you can return to the course content at any time for as long as we operate the platform, provided your account remains in good standing in accordance with these Terms.

Lifetime access does not mean:

• Access to any other course or workshop in our catalogue, including new courses we may release in the future. Each course is a separate purchase.

• Guaranteed uninterrupted access indefinitely. Our platform is hosted on LearnWorlds and depends on third-party infrastructure outside our full control. In the event we migrate to a different platform, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve your access and notify you in advance.

• We will remain in operation forever. If AICREODI ceases to operate or a course is permanently discontinued, we will provide you with at least 30 days notice and a window to download all available course materials, including worksheets, frameworks, prompt templates, and any other downloadable resources included in your course. Video lesson content is streamed through our platform and is not available as a downloadable file.

We reserve the right to update, improve, amend, or restructure course content at any time to reflect changes in technology, tools, or industry standards. These updates are included in your lifetime access at no additional cost.

Lifetime access is personal to you and is tied to the account registered at the time of purchase. It is not transferable to another person or account.

14. Course Packages and Access Structure

We undertake to provide the courses to you under the following access options:

• One-Time Purchase: grants lifetime access to the course content according to the agreed-upon terms.

• Three-Month Instalment Plan: grants lifetime access to the course content upon full payment completion. Access during the payment period is subject to your payments remaining up to date.

The terms of access, pricing, instalment amounts and any additional benefits shall be specified on the relevant course page at the time of purchase.

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your access to the course content is non-transferable to any other party. You may not share, resell, or grant access to any other person.

• The course content may be updated or modified by us as needed for development or improvement purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access if you violate the terms of use or applicable policies.

15. Third-Party Tools Featured in Our Courses

Our courses and workshops may reference, demonstrate, or teach the use of third-party AI and creative tools, including but not limited to Midjourney, Kling AI, ChatGPT, Figma Weave, Freepik, Higgsfield and any other AI tools or similar platforms.

You acknowledge and agree that: 

• The pricing, subscription plans, features, availability, and terms of use of any third-party tool are determined solely by their respective providers and may vary or change from time to time.

• We do not guarantee the continued availability, functionality, pricing, or accessibility of any third-party tool featured in our courses.

• We are not liable for any interruptions, price increases, feature removals, or discontinuations made by third-party providers that affect your ability to complete a course or apply what you have learned.

• AICREODI disclaims any liability for outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from the use of such content or tools. 

• We shall not be responsible for any losses, service interruptions, operational failure, or technical issues arising from the use of third-party software, platforms, or artificial intelligence tools utilised during the course. 

• You bear full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the information or tools provided.

• Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that provider's own terms of service, pricing, and privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms independently.

• You acknowledge that third-party AI tools used during our courses may collect, retain, or process data and inputs you provide while using them. AICREODI has no control over the training policies or the use of data by these external tools. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and policies of these tools prior to participating in the courses, including any applicable legal obligations or restrictions.

• You agree that AICREODI shall bear no legal or financial liability arising from your use of any third-party AI tools or from any outcomes generated from AI-created content, whether during or after your participation in our courses.

• Any third-party AI tools introduced or taught during the course are the sole responsibility of the student. Subscription fees, access costs, or any other charges imposed by third-party tool providers are not included in your course fee. You are solely responsible for arranging and paying for any third-party tool subscriptions or access required to complete a course. 

• You fully acknowledge these conditions and agree that all consequences and risks associated with the use of these platforms and services shall be borne solely by you, in accordance with the terms and policies of the relevant third-party entities.

  
  

16. Content, Contributions, and Intellectual Property License

16.1 Courses

When you participate in courses, workshop or community platforms, you may submit or share the following:

• Original creative works.

• Content generated using artificial intelligence tools.

• Prompts, workflows, and discussions within digital communities.

• Feedback and testimonials

You retain all rights to your original content that you submit. By sharing your content through our platforms, email or community, you grant AICREODI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, change, reshare and advertise such content for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and promoting our platforms and Services, including:

• Reviewing the content for quality assurance or evaluation purposes.

• Displaying the content within AICREODI website or associated platforms, course, course materials, or community platforms as part of educational courses or community experience.

• Using the content as educational examples, or in our portfolio or case studies to showcase the quality and outcomes of our courses and workshops, and share it on our Website, social media channels, newsletters, email communications, marketing materials, advertisements, and any other platforms or channels we operate or deem appropriate.

• Publishing testimonials or feedback you provide about your experience with our courses and workshops on our website, marketing materials, advertisements, social media and any other platforms or channels we operate or deem appropriate.

For content we use without identifying you personally, such as community discussions, comments, or feedback where your name, face, profile picture, and any other identifying details are removed or obscured, no separate consent is required beyond the license you grant above, and we may use this content freely for the purposes described. For full details on how we handle this data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

For content that identifies you personally or professionally, including content that features your full name, brand, logo, face, or business, we will always seek your explicit written consent before use. 

We reserve full rights to supervise, moderate and remove any content submitted or published on our platforms that violates these Terms or our community policies, without prior notice to you, to ensure compliance with the applicable standards and policies. 

You acknowledge that AICREODI does not guarantee the confidentiality of content submitted within our platforms or communities. You are solely responsible for any legal or proprietary consequences arising from the content you choose to share. AICREODI shall not be held liable in connection with such content. Do not share material belonging to third parties without their permission, content that contains sensitive personal information, or confidential business information.

By submitting or sharing content or materials with us, you represent and warrant that you own or have been expressly authorised by the owner to grant the rights described above, and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. This includes any content created using AI tools, whether during or outside of our courses, that you voluntarily submit to us. Our license to use your content extends to all formats and distribution methods now existing or later developed. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any action, claim, or right against AICREODI for any infringement, misuse of intellectual property, proprietary rights, or ownership rights arising from our use of any content, materials, or communications voluntarily submitted by you, in accordance with the license you have granted above. This waiver does not affect your moral rights under applicable laws, which remain with you, nor does it limit any rights you hold under applicable laws.

16.2 Client Work: Consulting and Visual Asset Production

By contracting with AICREODI for consulting or visual asset production services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, reproduce, reshare, and promote outputs, creative work, workflows, visual assets, deliverables, and performance results, including engagement metrics and statistics, produced for or arising from your project, for the purposes of showcasing and promoting our Services, including portfolio and case studies, our website, social media channels, marketing and promotional materials, and advertisements.

Where outputs incorporate AI-generated elements, you acknowledge, consistent with Section 17.3, that those elements may not attract full intellectual property protection under applicable law.

Our license to use content we have produced for you extends to all formats and distribution methods now existing or later developed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any action, claim, or right against AICREODI for any infringement, misuse of intellectual property, proprietary rights, or ownership rights arising from our use of any content, materials, or communications voluntarily submitted by you, where such use is exercised within the scope of the license you have granted to us under these Terms. This waiver does not affect your moral rights under applicable laws, which remain with you, nor does it limit any rights you hold under applicable laws. You acknowledge that AICREODI shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorised materials submitted by you in connection with your project or retainers.

By submitting or sharing content or materials with us for creative AI consulting or visual asset production Services, you represent and warrant that you own or have been expressly authorised by the owner to submit, all materials provided to us in the course of your project or retainers, including brand assets, business documentation, creative references, and any other materials, and that such materials do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

For consulting and visual asset production clients, this license is granted upon acceptance of these Terms and confirmed at the point of contract signing. Where we wish to use your work as an educational example within our courses or newsletters, we will seek your specific written consent separately before doing so. 16.3 Testimonials and feedback

If you provide a testimonial or feedback about any of our courses, workshops, or Services, including consulting or visual asset production, we may publish it on our Website, social media channels, marketing materials, advertisements and any other platforms or channels we operate. 

For testimonials from course participants or workshop parents and guardians attributed by name, brand, or likeness, we will always seek your explicit written permission before publication. 

For consulting and visual asset production clients, use of testimonials is covered under the license granted in your service agreement. For full details on how we handle this data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

17. Disclosure of Artificial Intelligence Usage

AICREODI expressly and clearly discloses to you, and you acknowledge and expressly agree, unconditionally and without any present or future objection, that we use third-party artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies as auxiliary means in providing the services under these Terms. Such usage includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Creation and production of content of various types.

• Generation of creative ideas and concepts.

• Support of production and execution processes.

The AI tools utilised include, without limitation:

• AI-powered image generation platforms.

• AI-powered video generation platforms.

• Writing and idea-generation tools.

• Automation and workflow management tools.

You acknowledge that AI is an assistive tool and not an independent entity, and that human creative guidance and supervision remain an essential component of the service delivery process. You further understand and accept that AI-generated outputs may be influenced by the systems, models, training policies, and data of the third-party providers whose tools we use. 

Testimonials and outcomes

All testimonials, results, and student outcomes shared on our website, emails, platforms, and social media are real, based on the personal experience of the individual, and published with their consent. We do not use AI to generate or fabricate testimonials, outcomes, or results.

Brand character

The AICREODI brand character used across our social platforms is an AI-generated model and is used as the face of our brand. The character is not a real person. 

17.1 Processing of Client Content Using Artificial Intelligence

You expressly acknowledge and agree that, prior to the commencement of any work or the provision of Services, AICREODI has informed you that any materials or content provided may be processed using artificial intelligence tools and platforms operated by third parties, including cloud-based systems located outside the direct control of AICREODI.

You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no right to take legal action or hold AICREODI liable for any processing or outcomes resulting from the use of such third-party AI tools, including any loss, alteration, or use of the content outside the control of AICREODI.

17.2 Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Courses

Our courses include demonstrations and practical, tool-based exercises using third-party artificial intelligence tools.

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• These tools may collect or retain data and inputs you provide during your use.

• We have no control over how these tools handle, store, or use your data.

• You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and privacy policies of each tool before participating, including any legal obligations or restrictions applicable to you.

• You agree that the AICREODI shall bear no legal or financial liability arising from the use of these tools or from any outcomes generated from AI-created content during or after the courses.

  
  

17.3 Intellectual Property Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and expressly agree that content created, in whole or in part, using artificial intelligence technologies, under the current applicable legal and regulatory framework, may not be eligible for registration as a trademark or may not be fully protected under intellectual property laws. AICREODI shall bear no legal responsibility or liability in this regard.

18. Payments 

18.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All payments for courses and workshops offered through the website must be made via Stripe, our third-party secure payment processor. Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement, available at their own website for you to check.

Payment for creative AI consulting and visual asset production services is made by bank transfer in accordance with the terms set out in your project proposal or contract.

18.2  Pricing and VAT

All prices for courses and workshop are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are exclusive of VAT. UAE VAT at 5% will be calculated and added at checkout for purchases made from within the UAE. You are solely responsible for determining and meeting any additional tax obligations that apply to you in your own jurisdiction.

18.3 Payment Processing 

All card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. AICREODI does not store or have access to your full payment card details. Your card data is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its security and compliance frameworks.

AICREODI is not responsible for any errors, delays, or technical issues that may occur during the payment process, or arising from incorrect payment information or from Stripe's systems.

You acknowledge full responsibility for the accuracy and validity of the payment information provided, including card or bank account details, and bear all consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

18.4 Receipts and Invoices

Receipts and invoices are issued electronically upon completion of payment, and you should retain copies for your records.

18.5 Courses Payment

18.5.1 Early Bird Pricing

Early bird prices are available for a limited time only and are displayed on the relevant course page. Once the early bird period closes, the standard price applies. Early bird purchasers receive access to the course on the official course launch date. Early bird purchases are subject to the same payment and refund terms as all other course purchases.

18.5.2 Instalment Plans

Selected courses are available on a three-month instalment plan at checkout. By selecting this option, you authorise the scheduled payments to be charged automatically to your payment method.

Your purchase is considered complete upon receipt of your final instalment payment and an email confirmation from us. Until the final instalment is paid, your access to the course is conditional on your payments remaining current.

If an instalment payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to process the payment again automatically. You will have 5 days from the date of the failed payment notification to update your payment method or settle the outstanding amount. If the payment remains unsuccessful after this period, your access to the course will be suspended automatically.

Upon suspension for non-payment, the full remaining balance of your installment plan becomes immediately due. Access will be reinstated upon receipt of cleared payment in full. Instalments already paid are non-refundable in the event of suspension for non-payment. 

Repeated failed payments or failure to settle the outstanding balance within the period specified may result in permanent termination of your access to the course in accordance with Section 21. 

18.6 Visual Asset Production and Creative AI Consulting Services Payments

Payment terms for creative AI consulting and visual asset production services are set out in the proposal or project contract agreement provided to you before work begins. 

AICREODI undertakes that in the event you fail to make payment within 15 days from the agreed due date, we shall have the right to suspend the provision of services until all outstanding fees are paid in full. All creative work, images, videos, concepts, visuals, and deliverables remain the property of AICREODI until all outstanding fees are paid in full. Full commercial rights for the agreed purpose are transferred to you upon receipt of full payment.

18.7 Cancellations & Refunds

Our refund terms vary depending on the service, course, or workshop purchased. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law or any other mandatory local law that applies to you.

18.7.1 Courses 

Our courses are digital products made available immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the course content and acknowledge that this waives any right of withdrawal, subject to your non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Courses are non-refundable once accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your course, please contact us at support@aicreodi.com and we will work to resolve it. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion and do not affect your statutory rights.

18.7.2 Visual Storytelling with Generative AI (Ages 16–17)

If you wish to cancel your workshop enrolment, a full refund will be issued provided your cancellation request is received within 5 days of the date of payment and no less than 48 hours before the workshop start time. 

Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the workshop start time are non-refundable regardless of when payment was made. 

If you do not attend the workshop, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling to a future workshop may be offered at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Registration for each workshop cohort closes 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

If we discover that a minor has enrolled without valid parental consent, we will cancel the enrolment and issue a full refund.

18.7.3 Visual Asset Production: Retainer 

You may cancel or pause future recurring retainer payments by notifying us in writing at support@aicreodi.com or your designated point of contact at AICREODI before your next billing date. Requests received after a billing date has passed will take effect at the end of that billing period, meaning no further billing cycles will be initiated.

Pausing or cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. You will retain full access to the service until that date.

No refund will be issued for the current billing period as services are actively being delivered up to the pausing or cancellation date.

18.7.4 Creative AI Consulting: Workflow Audit 

The Workflow Audit is a standalone service. As the audit begins immediately upon payment, the fee is non-refundable once work has begun. This is confirmed in your service agreement.

If you decide not to proceed with a full workflow build following completion of the audit, no further charges will apply.

18.7.5 Creative AI Consulting: Full Creative Workflow Audit & Design 

The full creative workflow audit and design is delivered in defined phases and billed on the following milestone schedule:

• 50% upon signing of the project contract.

• 30% upon completion and your written approval of the workflow design phase.

• 20% before final handover of all deliverables.

If you cancel after work has begun on any phase, the milestone payment for that phase is non-refundable as work is already underway. Subsequent milestone payments will not be charged. See the Release of Work Product in section 21.1 below for conditions governing delivery of completed work.

18.8 International Transfers: 

For any cross-border financial transactions, you are responsible for any additional bank or transfer fees and acknowledge that AICREODI is not liable for delays or discrepancies in the transferred amount.

18.9 Payment Data, Security, and Disputes

Stripe processes all card payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards without any direct intervention from AICREODI. 

Stripe implements standard security protocols to protect payment data; however, you acknowledge that financial transaction risks remain partially your responsibility according to their available technical and security measures.

AICREODI does not store or retain sensitive payment information, including but not limited to:

• Full card numbers.

• Payment verification or authentication data.

Billing errors and double charges: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or charged twice, please contact us first at support@aicreodi.com before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly, typically within 5 business days. Contacting us directly is the fastest way to resolve any payment issue.

Chargebacks and payment disputes: If you are unhappy with a purchase, please refer to our Cancellations & Refunds section 18.7 before contacting your bank or card provider. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card network without first contacting us, or in circumstances where your request does not qualify for a refund under our section 18.7, we reserve the right to:

• Contest the chargeback using all available evidence, including your account activity, login records, content access history, and your acceptance of these Terms.

• Suspend your account and access to all Services pending resolution of the dispute.

• Permanently terminate your account if the chargeback is found to be made in bad faith or without valid grounds.

AICREODI shall not be held liable for any events or consequences arising from the following where we have fulfilled our obligations under these Terms:

• Technical failures or interruptions affecting Stripe or any other third-party payment providers

• Any chargeback decisions issued by payment providers, card networks, or banks.

• Any disputes or claims at the level of the payment provider.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under UAE law on Consumer Protection or any other mandatory applicable law.

19. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, logos, course materials and worksheets, workshop content, visual assets, prompt frameworks, bots, workflow systems, automations, community posts, AICREODI Bot, and brand elements are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Copying, reusing, publishing, reselling or distributing any content, assets, tools or training material provided to you or from the website is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from AICREODI.

20. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

20.1. No Warranties

All content and services on this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AICREODI makes no guarantees regarding: 

• financial, commercial, or professional outcomes

• any direct or indirect gains resulting from your use of the website or the Services provided.

Your use of the website and Services is entirely at your own risk, and AICREODI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from such use.

20.2. No Guarantees

20.2.1 Consulting and Visual Asset Production Services

You expressly acknowledges and agree that you fully understand and accept that our creative AI consulting and visual asset production services provided by AICREODI do not, under any circumstances, guarantee:

• Any direct or indirect financial income, profits, or returns

• The success or performance of your businesses, projects, or ventures

• The acquisition of clients, contracts, or business opportunities

• Any specific commercial, professional, or creative outcome.

20.2.2 Our Courses & Workshops

Our courses and workshop are educational. You expressly acknowledges and agree that you fully understand and accept that the courses and workshop provided by AICREODI are educational in nature, and we do not, in any form or manner, under any circumstances, guarantee:

• Any direct or indirect financial income, profits, or returns

• The success or performance of you or your businesses, projects, or ventures

• The acquisition of clients, contracts, or business opportunities

• Employment, promotion, or attainment of any professional position or title, or job placement

• Improved academic grades or results

We shall not be held liable for any misuse, improper use, or unauthorized application of the projects or any knowledge, skills, or information acquired therefrom. AICREODI expressly disclaims any legal responsibility or liability in connection with such misuse.

You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no claims, recourse, or entitlement to compensation against AICREODI for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from any of the foregoing, or from the absence of any such guarantees.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under UAE law on Consumer Protection or any other mandatory applicable law.

20.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AICREODI is not liable for:

• Any technical malfunctions, errors, temporary service interruptions or operational failure in the operation of our website or Services, including those caused by third-party hosting providers or platform outages, or services provided by third-party entities used in the delivery of our Services.

• Any failure of our website, or any content, files, or materials made available through or in connection with our Services, including those shared via email, cloud storage, or any other delivery method, to be free from viruses, malware, errors, or other harmful components.

• Any content, services, tools, or platforms provided by third parties accessible through or used in connection with our Services, including LearnWorlds, Discord, Stripe, and any other third-party platforms used in our websites, portals, and services, and any others referenced in these Terms. Each third party operates under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

• Any losses, indirect or incidental damages, or consequences resulting from your use of the website, course, Services, course tools and assets, reliance on information or content displayed, or interaction with any Services related to AICREODI, courses, workshops and any other Services offered by us. 

• Any legal, financial liability or any losses arising from your use of third-party AI tools or from any outcomes generated from AI-created content, whether during or after your participation in our courses or workshops.

• Any outcomes, results, or decisions made based on knowledge, skills, or content acquired through our courses or workshops.

• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Any loss or corruption of data resulting from third-party platform failures, security incidents, or breaches outside our reasonable control, including those affecting LearnWorlds, Discord, Stripe, or any other third-party service used in connection with our Services.

20.3.1 Data Breaches 

In the event of a personal data breach affecting your rights or interests, we will notify you in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

20.4 Disclaimer of Liability Regarding AI Outputs

You expressly acknowledge and agree that AICREODI makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding any of the following in relation to outputs generated through the use of artificial intelligence tools and technologies:

• Uniqueness and Exclusivity: AICREODI does not guarantee that the outputs generated, in whole or in part, through AI tools will be unique or exclusive.

• Use of Content for Model Training: AICREODI does not guarantee that any content or data provided by you will not be used by third-party AI systems for model training or improvement, in accordance with the policies of such third parties.

• Intellectual Property and Global Exclusivity: AICREODI does not guarantee any global exclusivity or absolute intellectual property rights over outputs generated by AI tools.

• Absence of Similarity: AICREODI does not guarantee that the outputs are free from similarity, overlap, or resemblance to other existing or future works or content.

You acknowledge full awareness of these terms and hereby release AICREODI from any legal, contractual, or financial liability that may arise in connection with any of the aforementioned matters.

20.5 Force Majeure Events 

AICREODI shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, epidemics or pandemics, governmental restrictions or directives, war, civil unrest, fire, flooding, power outages, failure of internet or telecommunications infrastructure, or the acts or omissions of third-party service providers and platforms.

20.6 Your Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that your use of our website, courses, workshops, and any other Services is entirely at your own risk. Our Services and tools are provided for informational, educational, and commercial purposes as described on our website, without any additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

21. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our Services, discontinue any active service engagement, including your course access, community access, and any other authenticated platforms or tools we operate, with or without prior notice, except where notice is required by applicable law, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any policy referenced within them.

• You have failed to make payment when due, including missed instalment payments for courses or outstanding invoices for consulting or visual asset production services.

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account.

• You have engaged in any conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to AICREODI, our Services, other users, or third parties.

• We are required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Suspension, unenrolment or termination for non-payment or repeated failed payments does not release you from any outstanding payment obligations. If services have already been delivered, in whole or in part, the corresponding fees remain due and payable in full regardless of termination.

If your course access has been suspended due to a missed instalment payment and you wish to discuss your payment options, please contact us at support@aicreodi.com.

Where termination is due to your breach or non-payment, no refund will be issued.

Upon termination, your licence to access and use our course content ceases immediately and you will be unenrolled from all active courses within our learning platform and our communities. For consulting and visual asset production services, termination means all active work ceases immediately and any outstanding deliverables are subject to Section 21.1. 

Any obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, outstanding payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, continue to apply.

21.1 Release of Work Product 

Regardless of whether a project concludes through client cancellation or termination by AICREODI, no deliverables, source files, or completed work will be released until all outstanding payments have been cleared in full.

22. Severability 

If any provision of these Terms is held to be void, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary to render the remaining provisions valid and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

23. Entire Agreement 

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, and any project proposal, contract, or scope of work agreed between you and AICREODI, constitute the entire agreement between you and AICREODI with respect to your use of our Services. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, agreements, and understandings, relating to the same subject matter.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract or scope of work, the signed project contract or scope of work shall take precedence for the specific project it governs.

24. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or our Services, please contact us first at legal@aicreodi.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days of receiving your written notice.

If we are unable to reach a resolution amicably within that period, you agree that in the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms or our Services or compliance with its terms, the governing law shall be the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its Dubai courts of all levels shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any such dispute, with no other courts having jurisdiction.

You further agree that any dispute arising from the processing of data or the use of platforms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and the applicable laws of the country.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under UAE law on Consumer Protection or any other mandatory applicable law.

25. Electronic Notices

All notices and communications related to the use of this website or these Terms are considered legally valid and binding when sent electronically. Notices may be delivered to the email address registered on your account or through direct notifications on the platform or your account. Such notices become effective upon sending to your registered email address or upon posting to your account or platform, and you are responsible for keeping your registered email address current, reviewing all notices, and complying with their contents.
