At AICREODI L.LC-FZ ("we", "us", "our", “Company” or "AICREODI") , we respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle your personal data. 

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how AICREODI collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data when you access our Websites www.aicreodi.com and its course platform www.courses.aicreodi.com (collectively the "Website"), purchase or use any of our Services (collectively, the "Services"), and through any other channel through which you interact with us, including our community platforms and direct communications.

This Policy sets out what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is processed, and your rights in relation to applicable data protection laws. 

In this Policy, references to "you" or "your" mean any individual accessing our Website or using our Services, including students, members, clients, parents, guardians, and general visitors.

You should read this Policy before using our Website or Services. If you have any questions, you can contact us at privacy@aicreodi.com at any time.

This Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, all of which are available on our Website. By using our Website or Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

A note on EU and UK customers: AICREODI is based in the UAE and does not actively target customers in the European Union or United Kingdom. If our customer base grows to include a material number of EU or UK residents, we will appoint an EU Representative under GDPR Article 27 and a UK Representative under UK GDPR and update this Policy accordingly.


2. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or business operations and services. The updated version will be posted directly on our websites. We suggest checking this Policy periodically, as it may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law.


3. Our Role

AICREODI is the data controller in respect of the personal data collected through our Website and Services. This means we are responsible for determining the purposes and methods by which your personal data is collected and processed. 

We have designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing our privacy practices and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws. If you have any questions, concerns, or requests relating to your personal data or this Policy, you can contact our DPO at privacy@aicreodi.com.


4. How We Collect and Use Your Data

We collect personal data about you in the following ways:


4.1 Data Directly provided by you

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us when you:

  • Create an account or register for or purchase a course or workshop.

  • Make a purchase through our Website.

  • Complete a Guardian Consent Letter for the workshop for Visual Storytelling with Generative AI.

  • Fill out a form, feedback surveys, submit a brief, or send us a project enquiry.

  • Subscribe to our newsletter or marketing communications.

  • Contact us by email, through a contact form, or through any other channel.

  • Interact with us through social media platforms or direct messages.

  • Submit creative works, AI-generated content, prompts, workflows, or discussions within our course or community platforms on Learnworlds or Discord.

The personal data you provide in these contexts may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and payment details, company name, brand materials, project briefs, and any other information you choose to share with us. By providing us with personal data, you confirm that the information is lawfully yours and that you have the right to share it.


4.2 Automatically Collected Data 

When you access or use our Website, certain data may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. This may include: 

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address.

  • Browser type, version, and language settings.

  • Device type and operating system.

  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and interaction with our Website content.

  • Location data derived from your IP address or device settings, where enabled, for tax, legal, security, and content purposes. 

  • Your interactions with course modules, including videos watched, lessons completed, quiz attempts, and overall progress, for completion tracking, certification, and course improvement purposes.

  • Referring URL and exit pages.

  • Cookie identifiers and session data.


4.3 Data from Third-Party Platforms

When we use third-party platforms and tools to help us operate, deliver, maintain, and improve our Website and Services, those platforms may provide us with data about how our Website and Services are used. This includes:

  • Analytics and performance data from our Website analytics tools including Google Analytics and our Website hosting platform Framer.

  • Transaction and fraud prevention data from Stripe.

  • Security, performance, and traffic data from Cloudflare, which we use to protect our Website from threats, improve loading speeds, and ensure reliable access for visitors.

  • Email delivery and marketing performance data from MailerLite, including email open rates, click rates, and unsubscribe actions, used to manage our newsletter communications and understand engagement with our marketing emails.

  • Course activity and platform usage data from LearnWorlds.

  • Community interaction data from Discord.

When you interact with us through social media platforms, we may receive information through those platforms to respond to your enquiries, understand our audience, measure content engagement, identify which Services and topics resonate most, and improve our content and offerings accordingly. Your interactions with those platforms are governed by their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.


4.4 Workshop Third Party Tools: Visual Storytelling with Generative AI

During the Visual Storytelling with Generative AI for ages 16-17 workshop, participants will use the following third-party AI tools as part of the curriculum. Each tool is listed so parents and guardians can review how each platform may collect and process data entered during the workshop. 

  • ChatGPT / DALL·E (OpenAI)

    • Text prompting, research, and image generation

  • Canva AI

    • Image generation, design, and visual composition

  • InVideo AI

    • Image-to-video creation and motion design

  • CapCut (including built-in sound and music libraries)

    • Royalty-free music and sound effects

    • Video editing

We do not control how these platforms collect, store, or use data entered by participants during the workshop. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing each platform's terms of service and privacy policy before authorising their child's participation.

By signing the Guardian Consent Letter, the parent or guardian confirms they have reviewed the above tools, understood how each platform handles data, and agreed to each platform's terms and privacy policy on behalf of the minor.


4.5 Payment Data

All online payment transactions for courses and workshop are processed directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. We do not store or have access to your full card number or payment authentication data. We receive only limited transaction confirmation data from Stripe, including the last four digits of your card.  Your card data is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its security and compliance frameworks. Stripe's privacy policy is available on their website.

For consulting services and visual asset production services, payment is made by bank transfer. In this context, you will provide us with your bank account details and we will share ours with you solely for the purpose of processing payment. This information is handled confidentially and is not used for any other purpose.


4.6 Course and Platform Activity Data

When you access our courses and workshops through LearnWorlds and community on Discord, we may collect information about your activity on the platform, including:

  • Course enrolment and completion status.

  • Lesson progress and quiz results.

  • Content submitted as part of course exercises or assignments.

  • Community posts, comments, and interactions within LearnWorlds and Discord.

  • Feedback, evaluations, and guidance provided by us to you as part of the course or workshop experience.

  • Login activity to your account and course content.

  • Device and browser information used to access the platform, for security and compatibility purposes.

  • Messages or communications sent through the LearnWorlds platform, including direct messages for support

  • Any content you upload or submit to the platform, including images, videos, prompts, workflow, or project files as part of course exercises.


4.7 Guardian Consent Data

For the workshop of Visual Storytelling with Generative AI, we collect information from the parent or legal guardian as part of the Guardian Consent Letter process. This includes the guardian's full name, relationship to the minor, contact details, and on the first day of the workshop, we note the type of identity document presented and the last four digits only. We also collect the minor's name, date of birth, and enrolment details. We do not collect, scan, or retain copies of identity documents. Please refer to Section 14 for full details on how we handle data relating to minors.

The Guardian Consent Letter includes confirmation that the parent or guardian has reviewed the third-party tools used in the workshop and accepted each platform's terms of service and privacy policy on behalf of the minor participant.


4.8 Data from Publicly Available Sources

Where we conduct outreach to potential clients for our Services, we may collect business contact information, such as names, job titles, company names, and professional email addresses, from publicly available sources including company websites and professional networking platforms. This data is used solely for the purpose of making initial business contact and is not used for any other purpose. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing privacy@aicreodi.com.


5. Purpose of Processing Data

We process your personal data only where we have a clear and lawful reason to do so. Below we explain the main purposes for which we process your data and the basis on which we process it under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

To provide and deliver our Services: We process your data to create and manage your account, process purchases, deliver course content through LearnWorlds, manage consulting projects and visual asset production retainers, process payments through Stripe and bank transfer, and where requested, submit applications to KHDA for certificates of completion on your behalf. We process this data because it is necessary to fulfil our contract with you.

For the workshop of Visual Storytelling with Generative AI, we process the parent or legal guardian's data to manage enrolment, process payment, and maintain the Guardian Consent Letter. We also retain the student participant's name and date of birth to confirm age eligibility and where requested, submit applications to KHDA for certificates of completion on your behalf. We process this data on the basis of contract necessity and our legal obligations under UAE Law and any other applicable laws.

To communicate with you: We process your data to respond to your enquiries and support requests, send purchase confirmations, account updates, and service-related communications. We process this data because it is necessary to fulfil our contract with you or because we have a legitimate interest in maintaining an effective relationship with you.

To send newsletters and marketing communications: We send newsletters and marketing emails only to individuals who have actively subscribed and given their consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us at privacy@aicreodi.com. We process this data on the basis of your consent. 

To improve our Website and Services: We use analytics tools including Google Analytics to understand how our Website is used and to improve its functionality and user experience. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests, subject to your cookie consent preferences. 

To protect against fraud and security threats: We process certain technical data to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests in protecting our business and our users, and where required by applicable law.

To comply with legal obligations: We process your data where we are required to do so by applicable law, including tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

For the Visual Storytelling with Generative AI: minor participants workshop: We process Guardian Consent Letter data, and minor enrolment details to comply with our legal obligations under applicable UAE laws, and on the basis of parental consent. We note the parent or guardian’s type of identity document presented and the last four digits only on the day of the workshop for verification purposes. We do not collect, scan, or retain copies of any identity documents. We do not use data relating to minor participants for any marketing, profiling, or retargeting purpose. 

To request feedback: We may contact you after using our Services or completing a course or workshop to request feedback or a review. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests in improving our Services and understanding your experience. Where you provide a testimonial or feedback about our consulting or visual asset production services, we may publish it on our website, social media channels, and any other platforms or channels we operate or deem appropriate.

For B2B outreach to potential clients: Where we conduct outreach to potential clients for business development purposes, we may process publicly available business contact information as described in section 4.8 to make initial contact about our Services. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests in developing our business, balanced against your right to privacy. You can object to this processing at any time by contacting us at privacy@aicreodi.com and we will stop immediately.

For analytics, reporting, and advertising: We may use data collected through our Website, platforms, and social media to produce anonymised statistical reports and analytics about how our Services are used, which content performs best, and how our audience engages with our offerings. This helps us enhance our content, Services, and business development. This processing is based on our legitimate interests and does not identify you individually.

Where you have given your consent through our cookie banner or newsletters sign-up, we may also use your data to deliver personalised content and advertisements, build audience profiles, target relevant audiences on social media platforms and websites, including but not limited to, Meta and Google, and create lookalike audiences for advertising purposes. We do not use data from minor workshop registrations or associated parent and guardian contacts for any advertising or profiling purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time through your cookie preferences or by contacting us at privacy@aicreodi.com.

For Service analysis and improvement: We analyse usage data, course activity, and feedback to understand what is working well and where our Services, content, and offerings can be improved. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interests in maintaining and developing a high-quality service.


6. Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), we are required to have a lawful basis for every instance of personal data processing. We may rely on the following legal bases to process your information:

Consent: Your personal data may be processed if you have given us explicit consent to process your information for a defined purpose, such as subscribing to our newsletter or accepting non-essential cookies through our cookie banner. Where we rely on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. To withdraw consent, contact us at privacy@aicreodi.com or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Contract necessity: Your personal data may be processed where it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to be able to provide you with our Services. This covers delivering Services you have purchased or enquired about.

Legal obligation: Your personal data may be processed to comply with a legal obligation we are subject to, such as tax reporting, VAT compliance, in a lawsuit or legal proceeding in which we are involved, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or requirements under UAE applicable laws.

Legitimate interests: Your personal data may be processed for our legitimate business interests for operating and improving our services. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that our interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

7. Who We Share Your Data With

AICREODI does not sell or rent your personal data to any third parties. However, we may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the website, delivering services, or processing payments. Any such sharing will be limited to what is necessary to provide the services. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be implemented for international data transfers in accordance with applicable laws.


Service providers and processors 

We may share your personal data with trusted third-party companies, vendors, consultants, and service providers who assist us in operating our Website, delivering our Services, processing payments, and managing communications.

These include:

  • Framer for website hosting and infrastructure  

  • LearnWorlds for course platform management 

  • Stripe for online payment processing 

  • Discord and Learnworlds for community and discussion platform  

  • MailerLite for email marketing

  • Google Tag Manager for managing and deploying website tracking and analytics tags

  • Google Analytics for website analytics

  • Tally Forms for form management

  • Cloudflare for website security, performance, and traffic management 

  • Pipedrive CRM for managing client relationships, enquiries, and project communications

  • Google Drive and/or Dropbox for storing documents, project files, and operational data securely

  • Google Search Console for analysing and improving our Website's visibility

  • Google Meet and/or Zoom for scheduling, e-meeting, and internal communication tools

  • Google Workspace for processing internal communications and customer enquiries received by email

Any sharing of your data with these parties is limited to what is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is shared. We require all third-party service providers to handle your data securely, confidentially, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


Outsourced consultants and contractors 

From time to time we may engage external consultants, agencies, freelancers, or contractors to assist with specific business functions. Where this involves access to personal data, we ensure appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations are in place before any data is shared.


Legal and regulatory authorities 

We may disclose your personal data to government authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, or courts where we are required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a regulatory requirement. 


Business transfers 

If AICREODI is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant third party as part of that transaction. 


Protection of rights 

We may share your personal data where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AICREODI, our users, or others, including for the purposes of fraud prevention and security purposes.


International transfers 

Some of our service providers and processors are based outside your country of residence. Where your personal data is transferred internationally, the transfers are in compliance with applicable data protection laws and data transfer standards, which may include standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other equivalent transfer mechanisms. By using our Website and Services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and maintain our Website, improve functionality, understand how visitors use our Website, analyse Website traffic, remember your preferences and settings, deliver relevant content, enhance user experience, and where you have given consent, to show you personalised advertisements on third-party platforms.

Marketing and advertising cookies: these cookies are used to track your activity across websites and build a profile of your interests in order to show you relevant advertisements on third-party platforms. These cookies are only placed with your consent and are never used on the Visual Storytelling with Generative AI workshop enrolment and checkout pages.

Your cookie choices

When you first visit our Website, you will be presented with a cookie banner giving you the option to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer of our Website. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use our Website or purchase our Services.

You can also delete cookies anytime through your browser settings. Please note that if you disable cookies through your browser, some features of our Website may not function as intended.

9. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, reporting, or regulatory requirements. 


Account data 

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists within our learning and community platforms. 


Payment and financial records 

We retain payment and financial records for 7 years from the date of transaction in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements and applicable commercial record-keeping obligations.


Marketing, newsletters, and contact requests 

We retain your data for marketing and communication purposes for 3 years from your last interaction with us. If you unsubscribe or opt out of marketing communications at any time, we will stop sending you marketing emails immediately. 


Guardian consent letters and minor workshop data 

We retain Guardian Consent Letters and associated enrolment data for the duration of the workshop plus 3 years in accordance with the applicable statute of limitations under UAE law. On the day of the workshop, we note the type of identity document presented and the last four digits only as a verification record. This record is retained for the same period as the Guardian Consent Letter and is then securely destroyed.


Cookies & Server Access Logs

Cookie data and server access logs are retained for a maximum of 13 months in accordance with standard regulatory requirements. You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings or our cookie preferences tool.


10. Your Privacy Rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data: 

  1. to request and obtain a copy of your personal data. 

  2. to correct or update your data 

  3. to request deletion of your data. Please note we may be required to retain certain data to comply with our legal obligations. 

  4. to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data 

  5. to request to receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format. 

  6. Where we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal. 

  7. you have the right to object processing your information where applicable. 

Regarding your Learnworlds course account: 

You may exercise your right to erasure by submitting a request to us at privacy@aicreodi.com or directly through your LearnWorlds profile by navigating to Privacy Settings and selecting "Delete my account and forget me." Upon processing, your personal data including your name and email address will be anonymised and replaced with an anonymous identifier. Community posts and interactions will also be anonymised. This process is irreversible and we will fulfil all erasure requests within 30 days of receipt. Financial transaction records legally required to be retained are kept for 7 years in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements and are not affected by a deletion request. For platform-level deletion requests relating to your broader LearnWorlds account, check LearnWorlds directly in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Regarding your Discord community membership:

If you are a member of our Discord community and wish to have your data removed, please contact us at privacy@aicreodi.com. Upon receiving your request we will remove you from our Discord server and make reasonable efforts to delete your messages and contributions within the limitations of Discord's platform. Please note that due to Discord’s restrictions, bulk deletion of messages older than 14 days may not be technically possible. Discord may also retain certain metadata independently of any deletion action we take. Your broader Discord account and any data held by Discord outside of our server is subject to Discord's own privacy policy and deletion procedures. For platform-level erasure requests, check Discord directly in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@aicreodi.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. 


11. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes industry standard safeguards, secure encrypted connections, review of our security practices, and access controls.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and your use of our Website and Services is at your own risk in this regard.

In the event of a data breach affecting your data, AICREODI will notify the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with their obligations under applicable law, and, where legally permissible, inform you promptly, with information on the likely impact of the breach, and what you can do to reduce the possible negative consequences of it.

AICREODI shall not be held liable, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, for any loss, unauthorised access or damage, resulting from the actions, improper use, negligence, or misconduct of any third party in relation to your personal data.

You also bear responsibility for protecting your own personal data. This includes not sharing sensitive personal information or account credentials in public community spaces or where you have no reasonable basis to do so, and ensuring your own devices and accounts are adequately secured.


12. Content, Contributions and Intellectual Property License


12.1 Courses

When you participate in our courses, workshops, or community platforms, you may submit or share content including original creative works, AI-generated content, prompts, workflows, community discussions, feedback, and testimonials. 

You retain all rights to your original content that you submit. By sharing your content through our platforms, email, or community, you grant AICREODI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, reshare and advertise such content for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and promoting our platforms and Services.

Where you share such content with us, we may use it for the following purposes:

  • Within our course, course materials, or community platforms as part of the learning experience.

  • On our Website, social media channels, newsletters, email communications, marketing materials, advertisements, and any other platforms or channels we operate.

  • In our portfolio or case studies to showcase the quality and outcomes of our courses and workshops. 

  • Publishing testimonials or feedback you provide about your experience with our courses and workshops on our website, marketing materials, advertisements, social media and any other platforms or channels we operate or deem appropriate.

For content we use without identifying you personally, such as community discussions, comments, or feedback where your name, image, face, profile picture, and any other identifying details have been removed or obscured, we rely on the license you grant above and we may use this content for the purposes described above. You may request that we stop using your content at any time by contacting us at privacy@aicreodi.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request." We will honour such requests where reasonably practicable, except where the content has already been published or distributed in a form that cannot be recalled.

For content that identifies you personally or professionally, including content that features your full name, brand, logo, face, or business, we will always seek your explicit written consent before use. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting us at privacy@aicreodi.com.

We process this content on the basis of the license you grant us under our Terms and Conditions, our legitimate interests in promoting our Services and demonstrating outcomes, and where applicable your consent.

You acknowledge that content shared within our community platforms is not confidential and may be visible to other participants. 

You are solely responsible for any legal or proprietary consequences arising from content you choose to share. AICREODI shall not be held liable in connection with such content. Do not share content belonging to third parties without their permission, content containing sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or in violation of any applicable law or our Terms and Policies.

By submitting or sharing content or materials with us, you represent and warrant that you own or have been expressly authorised by the owner to grant the rights described above, and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. This includes any content created using AI tools, whether during or outside of our courses, that you voluntarily submit to us. Our license to use your content extends to all formats and distribution methods now existing or later developed. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any action, claim, or right against AICREODI for any infringement, misuse of intellectual property, proprietary rights, or ownership rights arising from our use of any content, materials, or communications voluntarily submitted by you, in accordance with the license you have granted above. This waiver does not affect your moral rights under applicable laws, which remain with you, nor does it limit any rights you hold under applicable laws.


12.2 Client Work: Consulting and Visual Asset Production

Where we use work produced for consulting or visual asset production clients for promotional purposes, including portfolio, case studies, our website, social media channels, marketing materials, or advertisements, we do so on the basis of the license granted under our Terms and Conditions and our legitimate interests in promoting our Services.

Where we wish to use your work as an educational example within our courses or newsletters, we will seek your specific written consent separately before doing so.


12.3. Testimonials and feedback

If you provide a testimonial or feedback about any of our courses, workshops, or Services, including consulting or visual asset production, we may publish it on our Website, social media channels, marketing materials or advertisements. 

For testimonials from course participants or workshop parents and guardians attributed by name, brand, or likeness, we will always seek your explicit written permission before publication. 

For consulting and visual asset production clients, use of testimonials is covered under the license granted in your service agreement.

We process testimonials and feedback on the basis of your explicit consent and our legitimate interests in promoting our Services.

If you wish to request removal of your testimonial or feedback from our website, marketing materials, or social media platforms, please contact us at privacy@aicreodi.com. We will process removal requests where technically possible within 30 days. We cannot guarantee removal of content that has already been shared, republished, or cached by third parties.


13. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for convenience and do not constitute endorsement or adoption of the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. 

AICREODI shall not be held responsible for the content, actions, privacy practices, accuracy or any legal or financial consequences arising from your use of any linked third-party websites or services.


14. Age Requirement & Data

Our Website and Services are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18 through our Website, course or workshop registrations, or general communications.

Visual Storytelling with Generative AI is a live in-person workshop in the U.A.E designed for participants aged 16 and 17. All personal data is collected from and processed on the basis of consent given by the parent or legal guardian, who is the contracting party.

Participation is permitted only upon submission of a completed Guardian Consent Letter signed by the participant's parent or legal guardian, explicitly authorizing the minor’s enrolment and participation in the workshop. A full list of third-party tools used during the workshop is provided to parents and guardians prior to enrolment and is acknowledged as part of signing the Guardian Consent Letter. See Section 4.4 for details.

We do not collect personal data directly from minor participants through our Website. Minor participants do not have accounts on our platforms.

We do not use any data associated with the minor workshop for marketing, behavioural profiling, retargeting, or lookalike audience purposes. Marketing cookies and pixels are not used in connection with the minor workshop registration pages.

We rely on this confirmation as part of our age verification process. If we discover that a user is under 18 and has not enrolled through the guardian consent process, we will delete their data promptly.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, please contact us immediately at privacy@aicreodi.com. We will delete any such data within 14 days of becoming aware of it, in accordance with our obligations under applicable law.


15. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

We use third-party AI tools and technologies in delivering our Services, including, but not limited to, in the production of visual assets, workflows, creative direction, and course content. 

Where materials you provide to us, such as project briefs, creative references, or other materials you provide to us, contain personal data and are processed through these tools, we ensure this is done only to the extent necessary to deliver the service you have requested and in accordance with this Policy. 

We do not make solely automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. All AI-assisted processes within our Services involve human oversight and creative direction. For more information about how we use AI tools in our Services, please refer to Section 17 of our Terms and Conditions. 

We use AI as an assistive tool and not an independent entity, where human creative guidance and supervision remain an essential component of the Service delivery process. You acknowledge and accept that AI-generated outputs may be influenced by the systems, models, training policies, and data of the third-party providers of these tools. 

We do not use AI to generate testimonials, results, or student outcomes. All testimonials, results and student outcomes posted on our Website, platforms, or social media are real, based on their personal experience, with their consent.


15.1 AI Training Disclaimer

You expressly acknowledge and agree that you are fully aware that certain providers of artificial intelligence tools and technologies may retain the data submitted by you, or may use it to improve their systems and train their models in accordance with the policies and terms set by each provider.

You further acknowledge and agree that AICREODI does not, in any manner, guarantee or warrant:

  • The deletion of any data or content submitted by you from the AI providers’ systems.

  • Complete confidentiality or full protection of the data outside the scope of the warranties and policies provided by such service providers.

This does not apply to data submitted directly through the AICREODI platforms, such as online forms or communication pages, where you may request the deletion of such data in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).


15.2 Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools in Courses

The courses provided by AICREODI may include demonstrations and hands-on training using artificial intelligence tools and technologies supplied by third-party providers.

You acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • These tools may collect or retain data and inputs provided by you during your use.

  • We have no control over the training policies or the use of data by these external tools.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and policies of these tools prior to participating in the courses, including any applicable legal obligations or restrictions.


15.3 Disclaimer of Liability Regarding AI Outputs

You expressly acknowledge and agree that AICREODI makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding any of the following in relation to outputs generated through the use of artificial intelligence tools and technologies:

  • Uniqueness and Exclusivity: AICREODI does not guarantee that the outputs generated, in whole or in part, through AI tools will be unique or exclusive.

  • Use of Content for Model Training: AICREODI does not guarantee that any content or data provided by you will not be used by third-party AI systems for model training or improvement, in accordance with the policies of such third parties.

  • Intellectual Property and Global Exclusivity: AICREODI does not guarantee any global exclusivity or absolute intellectual property rights over outputs generated by AI tools.

  • Absence of Similarity: AICREODI does not guarantee that the outputs are free from similarity, overlap, or resemblance to other existing or future works or content.
